Factors to consider

• Weather - if there is a scene that needs a certain feel or setting for effect, the weather might not be right on the day we decide to film
• Van availability - when we are able to use the van and ask the person when they are available to drive it for us in a shot
• Camera battery - making sure we bring spare camera batteries so this doesn't prevent us from getting all the filming we need to be done on that day
• Suitable filming days - some people in the group may not be free on certain days of filming for different reasons (ill, work etc) so planning out days that suits all of us will be effective
